摘　　要：痛风性肾病是由血中尿酸浓度过高,尿酸盐沉积于肾脏而造成肾脏结构、功能的改变,最后发展为终末期肾病,危害人们的身心健康。中医药治疗本病疗效显著,其中一些单味药发挥了举足轻重的作用。本人检索近10年来有关文献,大多数医家采用传统的方药治疗本病,疗效显著。同时发现,在常用方中存在某些共用的药物,通过查阅文献资料,总结这些中药单味药治疗痛风性肾病的有效药物、有效成分及作用机制,以提高中医药治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。Gouty nephropathy is caused by the high concentration of uric acid in the blood and the deposition of uric acid in the kidney, which results in the change of the structure and function of the kidney. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease has significantly curative effect, and some of them play a decisive role. We are searching for nearly 10 years of relevant literature, most doctors use traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease, and the curative effect is significant. At the same time, it is found that there are some common drugs in common prescription. By consulting the literature, we summarized the effective drugs, the effective components and the mechanism of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy, so as to improve the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy.
