摘 要:目的研究肝益复胶囊对D-氨基半乳糖急性肝损伤小鼠和四氯化碳慢性肝损伤大鼠的保肝作用。方法以腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型、皮下注射CCl4复制大鼠慢性肝损伤模型。以血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、肝羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、肝组织病理学检查等为指标,观察肝益复胶囊的抗肝损伤作用。结果肝益复胶囊对D-氨基半乳糖造成的急性肝损伤小鼠ALT,AST活性升高有显著的降低作用。肝益复胶囊可显著降低CCl4慢性肝损伤大鼠ALT,AST活性,升高肝组织SOD、GSH水平,降低MDA、Hyp水平。结论肝益复胶囊对D-氨基半乳糖急性肝损伤小鼠和四氯化碳慢性肝损伤大鼠均有显著的保肝作用。Objective To investigate the effec ts of Ganyifu capsule on D-galactosamine acute liver injury mice and carbon tetrachloride chronic liver injury rats. Methods By taking lumbar injection D-galactosamine to build the acute mouse liver injury model, injecting hypodermic CCl4 to set up the acute rat liver injury model and chronic rat hepatic injury model, Ganyifu capsule was given intragastricaUy in the treated groups. At the end of test,the concentrations of ALT and AST in serum of mouse, the SOD, GSH, MDA and Hyp in liver homogenate were detected. Liver was for histopathologleal examination. Results For the acute hepatic injury mouse induced by CCl4, Ganyifu capsule can significantly inhibit the elevation of ALT and AST in serum. In the chronic hepatic injury model rats, Ganyifu capsule can significantly bring down the ALT and AST, increase significantly the SOD, GSH, and decrease MDA and Hyp in liver homogenate. Conclusion Ganyifu capsule showed a remarkable protective effect in the treatment of experimental hepatic injury in rats and mice.
