摘　　要：高等学校实验教学示范中心建设,引领实验教学改革方向,代表实验教学的先进水平。天津农学院农产品加工与质量安全控制实验教学示范中心:创新了实验教学体系、内容、方法、考核方式及师资队伍建设,以能力培养为核心的实验教学体系,以培养技能为目标的实验教学内容,工程、科研和实践相结合的实验教学模式,以实践能力、创新意识和综合素质为指标的实验教学考核体系,理论与实验互通、专职兼职结合的实验教学队伍。实践证明,加强实验教学示范中心建设是提高现代大学本科实验教学质量的重要措施之一。The experimental teaching demonstration center construction of colleges and universities leads the direction of experimental teaching and represents the advanced level of experiment teaching. To construct the experimental teaching demonstration center of agricultural products processing and quality safety control, Tianjin Agricultural College constructed an experimental teaching system with ability development as the core, determined the content of experimental teaching with skill development as the goal, established an experimental teaching mode which combined engineering, research and practice, set up an assessment system of experimental teaching which set indexes for practical ability, innovative awareness and comprehensive quality,buih an experimental teaching team in which the teaching staff were able to combine theories with experiments and do full-time teaching with part-time one, and thus realized the innovation of experimental teaching in system, content, methodology, assessment and teaching staff building. The practice of Tianjin Agricultural College has showed that Strengthening the experimental teaching demonstration center construction is an important move for the purpose of improving the quality of the current undergraduate experimental teaching.
