摘　　要：本文基于国内外经营环境转变与已有企业管理模式的明显冲突,提出用"法商管理变革企业管理的新理念"。所谓法商管理就是追求效率的经济价值观与方法论同追求公平的法治价值观与方法论的有机结合,以实现效率与公平均衡发展的管理过程。文中具体分析了"精商明法,敏思善行"的新商道,"效率与公平均衡"的新思维,"用规则创造价值"的新主张,"整合资源和驾驭规则"的新战略,"安全经营和持续发展"的新财富,"讲政治、懂法律、有思想、善经营"的新领袖和"从成功到卓越再到领袖企业"的新境界等法商管理新理念。这些理念在理论和实践上对企业管理变革具有重要的指导意义。Based on the apparent conflict between the change of management environment in domestic and overseas and the existing enterprise management model, this paper puts forward the legal-business management as a new concept in transformed business management. Legal-business management is the management process that organically bonds the economic value and methodology pursuing performance as well as the law value and methodology pursuing fairness, to realize the balanced development in performance and fairness. This paper concretely proposes new concepts of legal- business management, such as new ways of doing business which ＂attach the same importance to business and law＂ ;new ways of thinking which are ＂ efficiency and equity balanced＂ ; new proposition of ＂ creating value by the rules＂;new strategy of ＂integrating resources and manipulating rules＂ ;new wealth achieved from ＂safety management and sustainable development＂ ;new leaders who ＂have wisdom and know the politics and law besides management＂. These concepts have important guiding significance to business management both in theory and practice.
