摘　　要：经济社会转型期间,社会不稳定因素较多,新形势下,公安机关面临的任务更加繁重,客观要求加强公安队伍建设,"向教育培训要素质,向素质要警力、要战斗力"成为公安机关的首要选择。本文首先阐述公安培训的公共品属性及特征;其次在对公安培训市场及其结构进行分析的基础之上,进行供需均衡分析,最后阐释公安培训供给与需求效用的一致性。China is in the period of economic and social transformation,under the new situation,the authorities is facing increasing challenges,therefore simultaneous increase in demand for police.Education and training has become the primary way to enhance the quality and capability of the police department.First,in this article the public goods featurs of police training are discussed.Secondly,the supply and demand model in police training market are analyzed.In the end,the public economics is us to interpret the consistency of supply and demand curve.
