摘 要:通过TEMPO/NaBr/NaClO氧化体系对漂白松木浆进行选择性氧化,制备了不同羰基和羧基含量的氧化浆,并分别用HCl、NaBH4和NaClO2溶液处理氧化浆,以脱除Na+、还原或氧化羰基,研究了氧化浆的返黄特性。结果表明,随着NaClO用量的增加,氧化浆中的羧基含量逐渐上升,羰基含量先上升后下降,羧基和羰基总量趋于定值;相比于原浆,氧化浆的热老化返黄严重,而光老化返黄并不明显;羰基是影响氧化浆热老化返黄的最主要的因素,而氧化浆的光老化返黄则由羰基和羧基总量共同决定;脱除Na+,减少羰基含量均可有效减轻TEMPO氧化浆的返黄。The bleached pine pulp was selectively oxidized by TEMPO/NaC10/NaBr oxidation system to obtain pulp with various amount of carboxyl and carbonyl groups. The oxidized pulps were treated by HC1, NaBH4 and NaC102 to remove Na+ and reduce carbonyl groups, respectively. The yellowing properties of various oxidized pulps were also explored. The results showed that the content of carboxyl increased with the NaC10 dosage gradually, while the content of carbonyl increased at first and then decreased, and the total amount of carboxyl and carbonyl groups remained constant. Compared with unoxidized pulp,the yellowing properties of oxidized pulps induced by thermal aging were more serious than that induced by light aging, indicating that the carbonyl groups are the most important factors to influence the yellowing of oxidized pulp induced by thermal aging, but the factors of oxidized pulp yellowing induced by light aging was decided by total amount of carboxyl and carbonyl groups. The removal of Na+ and decrease of carbonyl content could reduce the yellowing of TEMPO-oxidized pulp effectively.
