海藻酸聚乙二醇酯的制备及其纺丝性能

摘  要:以1-乙基-3-[3-(二甲基氨基)丙基]-碳化二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC-HCl)为偶联剂,N,N-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,在海藻酸(SA)分子链上接枝聚乙二醇(PEG)。红外光谱分析表明,PEG已经成功接枝到海藻酸分子链上,合成了海藻酸聚乙二醇酯(SAg-PEG)。以SA-g-PEG为原料,以水为溶剂,以氯化钙为凝固剂,采用湿法纺丝制备了海藻酸酯纤维,采用单因素分析法对海藻酸纤维的力学性能和形态进行研究,结果表明,海藻酸聚乙二醇酯在纺丝液质量分数3%、凝固浴质量分数5%、挤出速率27s-1、牵伸倍数为2倍的工艺条件下,纤维的力学性能达到1.8cN/dtex。The polyethylene glycol (PEG) was grafted on molecular chains of sodium alginate (SA) using 1-ethyl-3-[-3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC-HC1) as coupling agent, N,N-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst, formamide and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. FT-IR analysis result showed that PEG had been successfully grafted onto the SA molecular chains, indicating SA-g-PEG was synthesized. The alginic acid esters were prepared by wet spinning fibers using SA-g-PEG as raw material, water as solvent, calcium chloride as coagulants. The single-factor test result of mechanical properties and morphology showed that the optimum conditions were the spinning solution concentration of 3%, the coagulation bath concentration of 5 %, the spinning speed of 27 s^-1 , and the draft ratio of 2 times. Under the conditions, the mechanical properties of fiber could reach to 1.8 cN/dtex.
