摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了不同温度煅烧的Ca_3Co_4O_9热电材料样品,通过XRD、SEM、EDS、TG-DTA、IR以及气孔率的测量对样品进行了表征,结果表明,800℃煅烧为最佳温度,经800℃煅烧900℃烧结的样品的XRD图谱与标准JCPDS图谱保持一致,样品结构致密,气孔小,吸水性小,使得Ca_3Co_4O_9热电材料样品具有较低电阻率,较高塞贝克系数,在1 050K时功率因子达到180μW/(m·K^2)。The thermoelectric material Ca3Co409 were calcined at different temperature by sol-gel method, and characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, IR, and porosity measurement. The results showed that the optimum calcination temperature was 800 ℃. The XRD pattern was consistent with the standard JCPDS pattern calcined at 800℃ and sintered at 900 ℃, and no impurities were found. The structure was tight and had smaller pore, less water absorption, lower resistivity and higher Seebeck coefficient. The power factor could reach to 180μW/mK^2 at 1 050 K.
