摘  要:提出净化度参数概念,为评价焦化流程"三废"治理过程的优劣提供参考,指出过程减排和降低末端处理成本是提高焦化流程净化度的重要途径,并以酚氰废水治理和焦炉烟道气治理为例进行了分析。对焦化酚氰废水处理过程,引入煤气负压脱硫工艺、负压脱苯工艺、负压蒸氨技术等新技术,可实现酚氰废水减排29.86%,废水处理过程净化度提高42.58%。针对焦炉烟道气治理过程,采用双氨法一体化脱硫脱硝工艺,比现有烟道气脱硫脱硝工艺处理成本降低约50%,过程净化度提高近1倍。Purification degree was proposed in order to be taken as a reference for evaluating waste treatment process in the coking process. Process emission reduction and lowering terminal treatment cost were important ways to improve the purification degree in the coking process. Then the analysis was made by taking example of the treatment process of phenol-cyanogen wastewater and coke oven flue gas. For phenol-cyanogen wastewater treatment process,new technologies were introduced. And it was shown that wastewater emission decreased by 29.86% and purification degree increased by 42.58%. Similarly, for coke oven flue gas treatment process,double ammonia process integrating desulfurization and denitrification was adopted, with a cost saving of about 50% and process purification degree increased by nearly one time compared with existing process.
