摘 要:对平顶山矿区两个煤样进行了热解反应研究,考察了热解温度对热解的影响。结果表明,随着热解温度升高,煤气与焦油的产率增加,半焦产率下降,其中煤气产率的增幅较大,但产率较低,焦油产率增幅较小,但一直呈现出增加趋势;煤气中H_2与CO含量均随温度的升高而增加,H_2增加幅度大,CO增加幅度较小;CH_4的含量随温度的升高而下降;CO_2含量较小,随温度升高变化不大;C_2~C_6的含量随温度的升高而下降;随温度升高,煤气热值持续下降;由于煤质的差异,两个煤样的煤焦油性质相差较大,在≤360℃的馏分中,煤样1煤焦油以酚类及其衍生物为主,煤样2煤焦油以芳烃及芳烃衍生物为主。The pyrolysis characteristics of two coal samples in Pingdingshan diggings were studied. The effect of temperature on pyrolysis was investigated. The results showed that with the temperature increasing, the yield of coal gas and coal tar increased and semicoke yield decreased, in which the gas yield increment was big but with low yield rate, while the tar yield increment was small but always showing the growth trend. H2 and CO content of coal gas increased with the increase of temperature. The H2 increment was big while the CO increment was small. CH4 and C2-C6 decreased with the increase of temperature. The content of CO2 was small, so it didn't have any major change along with temperature increase. The calorific value of gas decreased with the increase of temperature. The quality of coal tar of the two samples had big difference because of the coal quality difference. In the content of fraction less than 360℃, phenols and derivatives were mainly compounded in the coal tar of sample 1. Aromatics and derivatives were mainly compounded in the coal tar of sample 2.
