滋肾育胎丸联合法安明在复发性流产双胎妊娠保胎中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合法安明在复发性流产双胎妊娠中的保胎效果。方法收集2013年1月-2016年6月在惠州市中心人民医院进行免疫治疗转阳性的复发性流产患者206例,以应用滋肾育胎丸及法安明进行保胎的双胎妊娠(30例)为研究组,对照组为双胎组(38例)及单胎组(138例),均用地屈孕酮+黄体酮肌注药物保胎,比较3组间保胎效果。结果观察组保胎有效率高于双胎对照组及单胎对照组,单胎对照组保胎有效率高于双胎对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发病率及新生儿不良结局发病率低于双胎对照组及单胎对照组,单胎对照组发病率低于双胎对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸联合法安明可有效降低产妇并发症及新生儿不良结局发病率。Objective To explore the fetus protection effect of Zishen Yutai pill combined with fragmin in twin pregnancy among the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA）. Methods A total of 206 positive patients with RSA after immunotherapy were collected from Huizhou Municipal Central Peopls＇ s Hospital from January 2013 to June 2016,then they were divided into three groups： 30 patients in study group were treated by Zishen Yutai pill combined with fragmin for fetus protection,38 patients in twin pregnancy control group and138 patients in single pregnancy control group were included into control group,then they were treated by intramuscular injection of dydrogesterone and progesterone for fetus protection. The effects of fetus protection in the three groups were compared. Results The effective rate of fetus protection in observation group was statistically significantly higher than those in twin pregnancy control group and single pregnancy control group（ P〈0. 05）; the effective rate of fetus protection in single pregnancy control group was statistically significantly higher than that in twin pregnancy control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of maternal complications and neonatal adverse outcomes in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in twin pregnancy control group and single pregnancy control group（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence rates of maternal complications and neonatal adverse outcomes in single pregnancy control group were statistically significantly lower than those in twin pregnancy control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zishen Yutai pill combined with fragmin can effectively reduce the maternal complications and neonatal adverse outcomes.
