比较两种根管冲洗方法联合不同的冲洗液对抑制粪肠球菌的效果

摘　　要：目的对比两种不同的根管冲洗方法配合不同冲洗液对于粪肠球菌的抑制效果。方法随机选取82颗单根管离体正畸减数拔除前磨牙做预备消毒,随机抽取2颗做灭菌处理,当剩余80颗根管接种粪肠球菌21 d后,将其等分为超声冲洗组和人工注射器冲洗组两组,然后组内再根据使用冲洗液的不同等分为A、B、C、D四组,每组10颗标本。所有标本分别在根管冲洗前、根管冲洗后采集细菌标本进行培养观察,并进行统计学分析。结果所有标本经根管冲洗后,其根管内的粪肠球菌数均较冲洗前明显减少(P<0.05),采用17%乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)+1%次氯酸钠冲洗的A组冲洗效果最好(P<0.05),而剩余组间的冲洗效果也略有差异。超声冲洗法和人工注射器冲洗法相比较,超声冲洗组的整体冲洗效果优于人工注射器冲洗组(P<0.05)。结论采用两种冲洗液联合冲洗时,冲洗效果优于单一的冲洗液,17%乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)+1%次氯酸钠联合应用效果最佳,同时也避免了造成管间牙本质的过渡脱矿,适宜用于临床根管冲洗。Objective To compare the inhibitory effects of two different methods of root canal treatment combined with different washing liquid on enterococcus faecalis.Methods Randomly selected 82 premolar which will execute single root canal in vitro orthodontic extraction for disinfection prepare,randomly selected 2 premolar to do sterilization treatment,the remaining 80 root canals were inoculated with enterococcus faecalis,21 days later the premolar were divided into the ultrasonic irrigation group and the artificial syringe irrigation group,and then according to the use of the washing liquid the premolar of each group were divided into A,B,C,D four groups,10 samples in each group. Before and after root canal irrigation,bacterial samples were collected and cultured,and carry on the statistics analysis. Results All samples were washed on root canal,and the number of fecal samples in root canal was decreased significantly compared with that before washing（ P〈0. 05）. Group A obtained the best cleaning effect washed by ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid（ EDTA） with the concentration of 17% plus1% sodium hypochlorite（ P〈0. 05）. The washing effect in the remaining groups was also slightly different from each other. The washing effect of the ultrasonic irrigation group was better than that of the manual syringe washing（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions When washing with two kinds of washing liquid,the flushing effect is better than that of a single washing solution. 17% EDTA plus 1% sodium hypochlorite obtains the best effect,avoid transition damage of the dentin of the pipe,suitable for clinical root canal irrigation.
