人文关怀对提高急诊胸痛患者遵医率的实践与实效

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀对提高急诊胸痛患者遵医率的实践与实效的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2016年10月商丘市第一人民医院心脏急诊重症室CCU收治的胸痛患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施人文关怀护理。比较两组遵医率和疼痛程度。结果对照组遵医率明显低于观察组,VAS评分明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文关怀护理能显著提高急诊胸痛患者遵医率,减轻患者疼痛,改善患者病情。Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care on the practice and effectiveness of improving the compliance rate of patients with emergency chest pain.Methods Fifty patients with chest pain were randomly divided into two groups （n=25）.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group to implement routine care,observation group on the basis of the implementation of human care care.Comparison of the two groups of compliance and pain.Results The compliance rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group.The VAS score was significantly higher than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Human care care can significantly improve the compliance rate of patients with emergency chest pain,reduce the pain of patients and improve the patient＇s condition.
