阿立哌唑对双向情感障碍患者的D2受体和5-HT1A受体的部分激动作用及对5-HT2A受体的拮抗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论阿立哌唑对双向情感障碍患者的D2受体和5-HT1A受体的部分激动作用及对5-HT2A受体的临床拮抗效果。方法现随机选择2015年6月~2016年3月我院收治的双向情感障碍患者102例作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组与对照组,各51例,对照组给予文拉法辛治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予阿立哌唑,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比和分析,对两组患者治疗前后进行抑郁自平量表（SDS）、贝克-拉范森狂躁量表（BRMS）评分及临床治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗前后SDS和BRMS评分有明显差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者不良反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿立哌唑对D2受体和5-HT1A受体具有部分激动作用,对5-HT2A受体具有拮抗作用,可以有效改善双向情感障碍的症状,降低不良反应的发生率。Objective To discuss the set pp D2 receptors in patients with bipolar disorder and 5-HT1 A receptor part of the excitement function and clinical of 5-HT2 A receptor antagonist effect.Methods We randomly chosen on June 6,2015~March 2016,our hospital 102 cases of patients with bipolar disorder,51 cases were divided into experimental group and control group in 51 cases,control group given venlafaxine treatment,on the basis of the experimental group in the control group given o made pp,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with comparison and analysis of two groups of patients before and after treatment for depression from flat scale（SDS）,baker-pull Fan Sen mania rating scale（BRMS）score and clinical therapeutic effect.Results Two groups of patients in SDS and BRMS scores before and after the treatment have obvious differences,statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The experimental treatment effect is better than the control group,the differences between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Experimental group adverse reactions in patients with significantly lower than the control group, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Made pp for D2 receptor and 5-HT1 A receptor is part of the excitement,for 5-HT2 A receptor have antagonism effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of bipolar disorder,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
