华盖散联合阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察华盖散联合阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的细菌性肺炎患儿88例作为研究对象,按照随机平均的方法分为观察组和对照组各44例。观察组患儿采用华盖散联合阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠进行治疗,对照组患儿仅采用阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠进行治疗,比较两组患儿的症候积分、临床症状改善情况和临床疗效。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,观察组患儿的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后各症候积分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音、反应和痰这四项积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华盖散联合阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠治疗小儿细菌性肺炎,可明显减轻患儿临床症状,具有较好的临床疗效,这种中西医结合治疗方案可在临床上推广应用。Objective： To analyze the effectiveness of Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam on pediatric bacterial pneumonia clinical. Methods： Eighty-eight children with bacterial pneumonia in the hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were treated as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam, while the control group was only treated with amoxicillin/ sulbactam. The symptoms score, improved of clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results ： After a course of treatment, clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, the symptom scores of two groups were significantly reduced, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The cough, pulmonary rales, reaction and sputum these four points of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam can obviously reduce the clinical symptoms of children with good clinical efficacy, and this combination of TCM and western medicine can be popularized in clinical practice.
