摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-11、IL-11受体(IL-11R)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达。方法选取108例卵巢上皮性癌组织、18例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测IL-11、IL-11RA蛋白表达。结果卵巢子宫内膜样癌、卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌、卵巢透明细胞癌的IL-11阳性率分别为78.79%、74.29%、50.00%、40.63%。相比卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤,IL-11在卵巢上皮性癌组织中明显高表达(P<0.05)。在卵巢上皮性癌中,IL-11表达与年龄分组无关(P>0.05);IL-11在临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达明显高于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);与无腹膜转移的相比,有腹膜转移的上皮性癌中IL-11明显高表达(P<0.05)。卵巢良性和恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中IL-11RA高表达。结论 IL-11表达与卵巢上皮性癌亚型相关。IL-11R可能在卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着协同作用,IL-11在腹膜转移中起重要作用,可能作为新的靶向治疗指标。Objective To investigate the expression of IL - 11 and IL - 11RA in epithelial ovarian cancers （EOCs）. Methods The protein expression of IL - 11 and IL - 11RA in 108 cases of EOCs were assessed by immuno- histochemistry. Results The positive rates of IL - 11 in ovarian endometrioid carcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarei- noma, ovary mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and ovarian clear cell carcinoma were 78.79%, 74. 29%, 50.00% and 40. 63 % , respectively. Compared with benign ovarian neoplasm, the expression of IL - 11 was significantly increased in EOCs （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of IL - 11 showed no statistical correlation with age in EOCs （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of IL - 11 was significantly correlated with clinical stage of EOCs （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of IL - 11 was signifi- cantly increased in EOCs with peritoneal metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）. IL - 11RA was highly expressed in associated benign ovarian neoplasm and EOCs. Conclusion The expression of IL - 11 is significantly correlated with EOCs. The expression of IL - 11RA plays a synergistic role in EOCs. The high expression of IL - 11 is close relevant to peritoneal metastasis in EOCs, suggesting a potential target for the treatment of ovarian cancers.
