摘  要:某钴冶炼厂采用中和水解法除铁,在除铁过程中,存在除铁率低、铁渣中夹钴率高(达到14%)等问题。对此,采用中和水解法来降低除铜后钴浸出液中铁含量,对影响除铁的参数进行多因素试验。结果表明,在氧化还原电位0.40V、终点pH在4.00~4.25、除铁时间控制在6.5h以上、空气流量大于0.8倍溶液/min,除铁温度在50℃以上时,除铁率达到99%,钴夹带率降低到≤1%。A cobalt smelting plant applyies neutralizing hydrolysis process to remove iron.Process of iron removal has low iron removal rate and high cobalt entrainment in slag(up to 14%).Iron was removed from lixivium after copper removal by neutralizing hydrolysis process.Effect of parameter on iron removal was investigated.The results show that iron removal rate is 99%and cobalt entrainment rate is 1% below under the conditions including redox potential of 0.40 V,terminal pH value of 4.00~4.25,iron removal time of 6.5habove,air flow of 0.8time volum of solution per minute,and temperature of 50 ℃ above.
