摘  要:采用石灰乳处理红土镍矿沉镍废液回收氢氧化镁,考察了各因素对氢氧化镁纯度及过滤速度的影响。结果表明,在转化温度为80℃、转化时间80min、-0.1mm石灰乳用量为理论量的95%、滴加速度4mL/min的条件下,可制得纯度99.2%的氢氧化镁,溶液过滤速度为7.37m3/(m2·h)。Magnesium hydroxide was recovered from nickel-precipitation wastewater of laterite nickel ore with lime milk. Effects of various factors on purity of magnesium hydroxide and filtration rate were investigated. The results show that magnesium hydroxide with purity of 99.2% is prepared, and filtration rate of solution is 7.37 m^3/(m^2 · h) under the optimum conditions including translation temperature of 80 ℃, translation time of 80 rain, dosage of -0. 1 mm lime milk of 10% concentration of 95% of the theoretical amount, and drip rate of lime milk of 4 mL/ min.
