摘  要:目的研究斜脉暗罗叶正丁醇提取物与抗癌活性及免疫功能的影响。方法制备S180荷瘤小鼠动物模型,40只小鼠采用随机数字表法分成正常对照组、模型组、斜脉暗罗叶低剂量组、斜脉暗罗叶中剂量组、斜脉暗罗叶高剂量组。隔日给予各组同体积的溶剂对照液以及不同剂量的斜脉暗罗叶正丁醇提取物,20天后处死各组小鼠。观察S180荷瘤小鼠胸腺重量及指数、脾重量及指数、肿瘤抑制率的影响。结果斜脉暗罗叶正丁醇提取物与模型组比较,胸腺重量及指数、脾重量及指数明显增加,肿瘤生长减缓,肿瘤重量下降。结论 (1)斜脉暗罗叶正丁醇提取物能明显抑制S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长;(2)其作用可能是通过增强荷瘤小鼠自身免疫功能有关。Objective To study the antineoplastic activity of n-butanol extract from polyalthia plagioneura and its effects on the immune function. Methods Animal model of S180 tumor-bearing mice was prepared.According to the random number table method,40 mice were randomly assigned into normal control group,model group,low dose polyalthia plagioneura group,middle dose polyalthia plagioneura group and high dose polyalthia plagioneura group. Equal volume of solvent control solution and different doses of n-butanol extract from polyalthia plagioneura leaves were given to all these groups every other day.The mice were killed after 20 days.The changes of thymus gland weight and index,spleen weight and index,tumor inhibition rate in SlgO tumor bearing mice were observed. Results Compared with the model groups,thymus gland weight and index and spleen weight and index in groups of n-butanol extract from polyalthia plagioneura leaves were significantly increased,and the tumor growth and tumor weight were decreased. Conclusion (1)N-butanol extract from polyahhia plagioneura leaves can significantly inhibit the growth of S180 tumor of tumor-bearing mice.(2)h may function through boosting the immune function of tumor bearing mice.
