摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者最佳的护理方法。方法将我院2016年2~12月期间入院的106例脑卒中偏瘫患者,分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组患者采取传统的护理方法。观察组患者在此基础上,进行综合护理干预,即分别从亲情护理、心理护理、健康教育、良肢位摆放和康复护理多角度对患者开展护理工作。结果从患者的运动功能评分、生活活动能力评分、心理情况评分和康复效果4方面对护理效果进行评价,观察组患者均取得了更为理想的效果,与对照组患者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行综合护理干预,效果显著。Objective To explore the best nursing methods for patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 106 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with traditional nursing methods. Patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control gorup, that was, Nursing was carried from family nursing, psychological nursing, health education, good limb position and rehabilitation nursing respectively. Results From the patients＇ motor function score, life activity ability score, psychological score and rehabilitation effect 4 aspects to evaluate the effect of nursing care, the patients in observation group achieved desirable results. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for stroke patients with hemiplegia has significant effect.
