摘  要:目的观察社区干预在3~6岁儿童生活意外伤害干预中的护理效果。方法取2016年4月~2017年2月本社区两所幼儿园3~6岁儿童200例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=100)和干预组(n=100)。对照组采用常规方法护理干预,干预组在对照组基础上联合社区干预措施,比较两组护理干预效果。结果干预组儿童生活意外伤害发生率为2.00%,对照组为8.00%,两组儿童生活伤害发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组儿童家长护理干预后知识、态度、行为及认知情况总分,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强社区幼儿园3~6岁儿童中在常规护理干预基础上联合社区干预措施效果理想,能降低生活意外伤害,提高家长认知度,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of community intervention on children with 3-6 years old in life accident intervention. Methods A total of 200 children aged 3-6 years in our community from April 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=100) and intervention group (n=100). Children in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and children in intervention group were combined with community interventinn on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The children' s life accident occurrence rate of intervention group was 2%,the control group was 8%,the children living injury incidence rate of the two groups had significant difference (P 〈 0.05).The nursing intervention of knowledge,attitude,behavior and cognitive scores of children in intervention group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of community intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention for children aged 3-6 years in the community kindergarten is ideal.h can reduce the life accident injury,and raise the awareness of parents.It is worthy of popularization and application.
