摘 要:以茄子为试验材料,采用基质培,研究不同浓度液体生物有机肥对茄子幼苗生长的影响。试验设4个处理,即液体生物有机肥分别稀释0(CK)、500(T1)、1000(T2)、2000倍(T3)。结果表明,与对照相比,适宜浓度液体生物有机肥可以促进茄子幼苗生长,其中T1(稀释500倍)处理总体效果最好,与对照相比,真叶数、最大真叶长、最大真叶宽、株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重、根鲜重、叶绿素含量分别增加了0.47%、5.26%、30.43%、32.88%、26.52%、16.24%、71.57%、91.89%、12.93%,差异均显著。The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effects of liquid bio-organic fertilizeron the growth of eggplant seedlings.Liquid bio-organic fertilizerwere diluted 0,500,[000,2000 times,respectively,as CK,T1,T2,T3.The results showed that compared with the control,the optimum concentration of liquid bio-organic fertilizereould promote the growth of eggplant seedlings,and the effect of T1 (dilution 500 time) was the best,compared with the control,the true leaf number,the maximum true leaf length,the shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight and chlorophyll content were increased by 0.47%,5.26%,30.43%,32.88%,26.52%,16.24%,71.57%,91.89% and 12.93%, respectively,and the differences were significant.
