摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预对慢性心衰患者心功能、心理及生活质量的影响。方法将86例符合欧洲心脏协会诊断标准的慢性心衰患者随机平均分为两组,各43例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组整体护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的左室舒张末径、左室射血分数、6min步行距离测定、SDS评分、SAS评分,并用生活质量调查表进行评分。结果两组干预后的左室舒张末径、左室射血分数、6min步行距离测定、SDS评分、SAS评分及生活质量调查表评分均优于干预前;观察组的干预效果优于对照组。结论整体护理干预更为有效的改善了慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,缓解了患者的消极心理,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of entirety nursing intervention on cardiac function,psychology,the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 86 patients selected with European heart association diagnostic criteria were randomly averaged divided into two groups and control group,the observation group.The control group were given routine nursing care,the observation group were given entirety nursing intervention.The former left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance,scores of SDS and SAS,scores of questionnaire for the quality of life with after given treatment in two groups were compared.Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance,scores of SDS and SAS,scores of questionnaire for the quality of life after given treatment are better than before.Intervention effects on the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance,SDS and SAS,the quality of life of entirety nursing are superior to that of routine nursing care.Conclusions Entirety nursing intervention improves more effectively the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,alleviate the patients＇negative psychology,improve the life quality of patients.
