摘 要:目的初步探讨β-干扰素对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后神经功能恢复的影响。方法 SD成年大鼠40只随机分成A组(脊髓损伤组)、B组(甲基强的松龙干预组)、C组(β-干扰素干预组)、D组(假手术组)各10只,用改良的Allen装置撞击大鼠脊髓胸9~10节段建立脊髓损伤模型,术后各组予相应干预处理。采用BBB评分、改良Tarlov评分和斜板实验方法观察大鼠行为学改变情况,于术后第1、3、7、14和21天对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后不同时段的脊髓神经功能进行评分。结果大鼠急性脊髓损伤后BBB评分、改良Tarlov评分和斜板实验分值均近0,随着时间进展评分逐渐升高,B、C组升高明显,干预治疗的B、C组与A组相比7d内无显著变化(P>0.05),14d时有显著变化(P<0.05);但B组与C组比较无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论β-干扰素应用有利于大鼠急性脊髓损伤后神经功能恢复,其作用机制需要进一步研究。Objective To explore the effect of β-interferon on neurological function recovery after acute spinal cord iniury in rats. Methods Forty adult SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: group A (spinal cord injury group), group B (methylprednisolone intervention group), group C (intervention with Q-interferon) ; Group D (sham operation group). The a- cute spinal cord injury model of rats was established by impinging on the thoracic spinal cord segment 9-10 with modified Allen device. The rats were treated with BBB, modified Tarlov score and inclined plate test. Changes of neurological function were evaluated at 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21th clay postoperatively, and the neurological function of the spinal cord was evaluated at different time points after acute spinal cord injury in rats. Results BBB score, modified Tarlov score and ramp plate test scores were nearly 0 in acute spinal cord injury rats. The scores of B and C increased significantly with the time of treatment. There was no significant difference (P〉0.05) between the B and C groups and the spinal cord injury control A group within 7 days (P 0.05) , but there was significant difference at 14th day (P〈0.05). But there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P〉0.05). Conclusion lnterventional therapy with β-interferon after acute spinal cord injury in rats is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function. The mechanism of action need further study.
