摘  要:以蓝莓南高丛品种‘南大’为外植体,对外植体消毒方法、腋芽诱导、腋芽增殖、试管苗生根等方面确定了其快速繁殖的最佳条件.结果表明:蓝莓‘南大’茎段的最佳消毒方式为75%酒精消毒120 s+0.1%HgCl_2消毒10 min.茎段腋芽诱导最佳培养基为WPM+ZT 1.0 mg·L^(-1),腋芽增殖的最佳培养基为WPM+ZT 2.0 mg·L^(-1),培养60 d后增殖倍数可达6.0生根的最佳培养基为WPM+IBA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+活性炭0.5 g·L^(-1),培养30 d后生根率达到73%.Taking blueberries south high bush variety 'Nanda' as explants metarials,the effects of rapid propagation conditions on disinfection method, axillary bud induction, bud proliferation and plantlet rooting were studied and compared. The result showed that 75% alcohol disinfection 120 s + 0.1% HgCl2 disinfection 10 min was favorable to blueberry stem section. The best basic medium for ‘Nanda' axillary bud induction was WPM. The optimal plant growth regulator concentration was ZT 1.0 mg·L^-1 for axillary bud induction, but ZT 2.0 mg·L^-1 for bud proliferation, with proliferation rate reached to 6.0 WPM + IBA 1.0 mg·L^-1 + activated carbon 0.5 g·L^-1 is the opti- mal rooting medium,and the rooting rate reached to 73%.
