摘　　要：目的了解马尔康市地区群众地氟病防治知识普及情况,通过健康教育,增强马尔康市地氟病病区人群的防病意识,改变他们的不良饮茶习惯。方法按照《四川省疾病预防控制中心关于下发四川省2014年省财饮茶型地氟病健康教育项目技术方案的通知》要求进行饮茶型地氟病基线调查,健康教育和效果评价。结果通过实施健康教育,目标人群饮茶型地氟病防治知识知晓率学生提高了12.39%,家庭主妇提高了26.67%,僧侣提高了26.66%(P-<0.01)。结论通过健康教育干预措施,目标人群饮茶型地氟病防治知识知晓率都有提高,但幅度不大,应进一步加大马尔康市饮茶型地氟病防治工作健康教育力度,尤其是学校健康教育工作。Objective To understand the popularity of knowledge on prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis in Maerkang City,enhance the consciousness of prevention in people in the epidemic area of endemic fluorosis and change their bad habits of drinking tea.Meth-ods Baseline investigation of drinking-tea-type endemic fluorosis,health education and effect evaluation were conducted as required in the Notice on the Health Education Pro-gram against Drinking-tea-type Endemic Fluorosis in Sichuan Province in 2014 issued by Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Results Through the implementa-tion of health education,the awareness rate of knowledge on prevention and treatment of drinking-tea-type endemic fluorosis increased by 12.39% instudents,by 26.67% in housewives and by 26.66% inmonks（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Through health education intervention,the awareness rate of knowledge on drinking-tea-type endemic fluorosis has increased in all target populations,but the increase is not sufficient.Health education on prevention and treatment of drinking-tea-type endemic fluorosis,particularly health education in schools,should be enhanced in Maerkang City.
