摘  要:目的识别、分析和评价北京某汽车凸轮轴位置传感器组装项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,为其提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法选择该企业原有的与建设项目生产工艺、生产规模、生产制度相似的曲轴位置传感器生产线项目作为类比,采用类比法、检查表法、经验法相结合的原则进行预评价。结果类比调查显示,曲轴位置传感器生产线焊接操作位产生的职业病危害因素铅烟、二氧化锡和丙醇其检测结果均符合职业卫生限值标准,危害程度为0级(相对无害作业)。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。在生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为铅烟、二氧化锡、丙醇。企业应当加强职业卫生管理制度和职业卫生宣传教育,将职业病危害控制在较低水平。Objective To identify, analyze and assess the potential occupational disease hazard factors in the production process of the Beijing automobile camshaft position sensor of the assembly project, provide the necessary occupational disease prevention measures and suggestions. Methods The production process, production scale and production system of the original crankshaft position sensor production project of the enterprise were used as the analogy, and adopted the combination of the analogy method, the checking table method, the empirical method. Results Analog survey showed that the results of the occupational hazard factors (lead smoke and propanol) produced at the welding position of the crankshaft position sensor production line were in accordance with the occupational health standards, the degree of harm was 0 ( relatively harmless operation). Conclusion The project belongs to the general construction of occupational hazards, the main occupational hazard factors in the production process are lead smoke and propanol. The enterprise should to strengthen the occupational health management and the occupational health propaganda and education, control the occupa- tional disease harm to a lower level.
