摘 要:目前国内外很多关于金属土壤腐蚀的研究成果,输电线路拉棒承担着防止杆塔倾斜,减少倒杆倒塔的作用,而拉棒长年埋设于土壤中,极易被土壤腐蚀。现考虑湖北某500k V线路上拉棒腐蚀情况,采取现场采样,提取0.7-0.95m、1.2-1.4m、2.6-2.8m和最末端挂环四处的部分土壤,用样本内外锈层的X射线衍射谱分析了各氧化物的成分。并基于金属土壤腐蚀条件研究出0.7-0.95m、1.2-1.4m、2.6-2.8m和最末端挂环四处的拉棒腐蚀机理。最后本文针对性的提出几项实用的防腐措施,可延长拉棒的服役时间,稳固输电杆塔基础,提高输电线路安全可靠性,减少电力工人的消缺频度。At present a lot of research on the corrosion of metal soil at home and abroad,the transmission line pull rods bear the tower to prevent the tilt,reduce the role of inverted bar down the tower,and bar long buried in the soil,easily soil erosion. Considering the corrosion of a rod on a 500 k V line in Hubei Province,some samples of 0. 7-0. 95 m,1. 2-1. 4m,2.6-2. 8m and the end of the hanging ring were taken and sampled. Using the X-ray diffraction,composition of each oxide was analyzed. And the corrosion mechanism of 0. 7-0. 95 m,1. 2-1. 4m,2. 6-2. 8m and the end ring is studied based on the corrosion condition of metal soil. Finally,this paper puts forward some practical anti-corrosion measures,which can prolong the service time of the bar,stabilize the foundation of the transmission tower,improve the safety and reliability of the transmission line and reduce the frequency of the power workers.
