摘 要:以2,6-二氯吡啶为原料,经氧化,硝化,合成出2,6-二氯-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物。研究反应温度、物料比等因素对产物产率的影响,获得最佳的合成条件。合成2,6-二氯吡啶-1-氧化物的最佳条件:温度为70℃,反应时间为5h,产率为90.5%。合成2,6-二氯-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物的最佳条件:温度为100℃,反应时间为5h,浓硫酸与浓硝酸的体积比为2:1,产率为80.8%。产物经元素分析仪进行分析。2,6-dichloro-3,5-dinitro-1-oxide was synthesized with 2,6-dichloropyridine as raw material by oxidation and nitration. The effect of reaction temperature,material ratio and other factors were studied on the effect of the product yield to obtain the optimum conditions. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of 2,6-two chloride pyridine-1-oxide that the temperature was 70 ℃,the reaction time was 5h,the yield was 90. 5%. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of2,6-dichloride-3,5-dinitroyridine-1-oxide was that the temperature was 100 ℃,the reaction time was 5h,the volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid was 2: 1,the yield was 90. 5%. The product and was characterized by elemental analysis.
