摘 要:【目的】为了明确不同供钾水平对金盏花光合特性和根系形态形成的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验研究了5个供钾水平(0、75、150、225和300 kg/hm^2)对不同品种金盏花光合特性和根系形态指标的影响。【结果】J-SL-1和J-SL-2的总根长、根体积、根鲜重的平均值均在K4处理下达到最高值,而光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率均在K3处理下效果最好。其中品种G-LJ-1在K3处理下,其总根长、根体积、根鲜重和干重均为最高,分别比不施钾处理(K0)增长4.97%、2.86%、12.54%、29.03%。【结论】K3处理(225 kg/hm^2)的钾肥供应水平对金盏花的光合特性和根系形态形成的影响效果最显著。[ Objective] This present study was conducted to clear the effects of different potassium levels on photosynthetic characteristics and root morphological traits of Calendula otcinalis L. [ Method] Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of five potassium levels (0, 75, 150,225 and 300 kg,/hm2 ) on the photosynthetic characteristics and root morphological indexes of Calendula officinalis L. [ Result ] The average of the total root length, root volume, root fresh weight of J-SL-1 and J-SL-2 under K4 treatment reached the maximal value, and the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate had the best effect in the K3 treatment, of which under K3 treatment, the total root length, root volume, root fresh weight and root dry weight of G-LJ-1 were higher than that under no potassium treatment, which increased by 4.97 %, 2.86 %, 12.54 % and 29.03 %, respectively. [ Conclusion] K3 treatment (225 kg/ hm2) had the most obvious effect on photosynthetic characteristics and root morphological traits of Calendula officinalis L.
