摘  要:【目的】在我国西南玉米产区,轮枝镰孢菌穗腐病是一种常发性病害,对其最为经济有效的防治方法是选育抗性品种。【方法】本研究对114份引进的国外自交系,采用田间人工接种的方式,进行穗腐病抗性评价。【结果】表现为高抗的自交系仅1份,占0.9%,为CML490;抗性材料(R)23份,占20.2%;中抗材料(MR)49份,占43.0%;感病材料(S)28份,占24.6%;高感材料(HS)13份,占11.4%。【结论】供试材料中,中抗以上的种质资源占68.5%,说明国外引进的玉米自交系材料中存在丰富的抗源,可加大引进力度和筛选量,以筛选到优质的抗源。[ Objective ] Fusarium ear rot is a common occurrence in the southwest of China, and host resistance is the most commercial strategyto control the disease. [ Method ] In this study, the total of 114 maize inbred lines of Chengdu in field trial were evaluated for ear rot causedby Fusarium verticillioides. [ Result] Only one maize inbred line, namely CMIAgO, presented high-resistance to Fusarium ear rot, accountingfor 0.9 % , and 23 and 49 maize inbred lines were resistant and moderately-resistant to ear rot accounting for 20.2 % and 43.0 % , respec-tively. The other 41 maize inbred lines were susceptible or high-susceptible to Fusarium ear rot, accounting for 36.0 %. [ Conclusion ] 68.5 % evaluated maize inbred lines had resistance to ear rot (moderately-resistance, resistance and high-resistance), which would introduceand evaluate more maize inbred lines to select the high-resistant lines.
