摘 要:【目的】对紫果西番莲叶片炭疽病病原X-03进行分离鉴定,并对其生物学特性和杀菌剂对X-03的抑制作用进行研究。【方法】采用形态观察与分子生物学相结合的方法。【结果】X-03为刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum sp.)真菌,它的最适生长温度为15~20℃,最适生长p H为p H 8~9,当温度高于50℃时X-03菌株的孢子不能萌发。X-03生长最适培养基为PDA,最适碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和Na NO3。供试的杀菌剂中以福美双对X-03的抑制效果最好。【结论】研究可为紫果西番莲炭疽病的防治提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The pathogen ( X-03 ) of plant a.nthracnosis was identified from Passiflora edulis, and it's biological characteristics andinhibition effect of four fungicides on X-03 were investigated. [ Method ] Morphologic observation combined with molecular biological tech-niques were employed in the paper. [ Result ] The results showed that X-03 belonged to genus Colletotrichum, and the optimal growth condi-tion for this fungus was 15 -20 ℃ and pH 8 -9, while the spores could not germinate when the temperature over 50 ℃. The most suitablemedium was PDA for X-03, and the optimal C and N sources were glucose and NaNO3 , respectively. The inhibitory effect of Thiram on X-03 was more obvious than other tested germicides. [ Conclusion ] This study could provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control ofanthraenose of Pass(flora edulis.
