摘  要:【目的】研究西藏尼木县自然感染东毕吸虫山羊,虫卵在脏器中的分布与病理变化情况。【方法】解剖自然放牧的东毕吸虫阳性山羊,采集脏器(十二指肠、小肠上段、小肠中段、小肠下段、盲肠、结肠、直肠)显微镜下虫卵计数并观察病理变化。【结果】山羊自然感染东毕吸虫数量为1435±231.5,在脏器中,小肠中段的EPG最高,其次为盲肠和十二指肠,东毕吸虫虫卵在各脏器中的分布百分比是:十二指肠(3.50%)、小肠上段(12.57%)、小肠中段(56.41%)、小肠下段(0.52%)、盲肠(18.83%)、结肠(0.00%)、直肠(0.01%)、肝脏(8.16%)、脾脏(0.00%),小肠中段沉积的虫卵数与其他各组织相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。小肠部分沉积虫卵数(73.00%)明显高于大肠部分的虫卵沉积数(18.84%),差异极显著(P<0.01)。病理组织切片观察,发现小肠中段有大量虫卵肉芽结节,小肠粘膜发生炎症和轻度坏死。【结论】山羊感染东毕吸虫后不同的脏器沉积虫卵的密度和数量不同,虫卵计数与病理切片观察结果相关。[ Objective] The study aims to study the distribution characteristics of deposited eggs and pathological changes in the viscera of goat naturally infected with Orientobilharzia. [ Methods ] Goat naturally infected with Orientobilharzia in Nimu county of Tibet were sacri? ced and the number of worms were counted. Meanwhile, the goat' s livers, spleens and intestines ( duodenum, the upper, middle and lower sec- tion of the small intestine, cecum, colon, and rectums) were separated to observe the egg and pathological change under microscope. [ Re- sults ] There were 1435 + 231.5 adult worms found in the naturally infected goat. Among all the viscera observed, the middle small intestine had the largest number of eggs per gram, followed by those in duodenum and in cecum. The percentage of eggs deposited were : duodenum (3.50 % ) , the upper small intestine ( 12.57 % ) , the middle small intestine (56.41% ) , the lower small intestine (0.52 % ) , cecum ( 18.83 % ) , colon (0.00 % ) . rectum (0.01% ) , liver(8.16 % ) and spleen (0.00 % ). There was significant difference of egg num-ber between the middle section of small intestine and the others viscera( P 〈 0. O1 ), and the totally egg number in small intestine (73.00 % ) was obviously the largest in all observed viscera. Tissue pathological observation showed that there were lots of egg granuloma nodule in the middle small intestine, which accompanied by mucosal inflamed and mild necrosis. [Conclusion]The amount and the density of deposited eggs of Orientobilharzia in the viscera of infected goat are different, and the pathogenesis was correlated with the deposition of eggs.
