摘 要:【目的】试验旨在对八层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍冬季环境质量进行测定和分析,为层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍环境控制提供依据。【方法】使用环境智能监控系统和粉尘采样器每天6:00-8:00、12:00-14:00和18:00-20:00测定八层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍水平和垂直方向上不同位置的环境质量参数(温度、相对湿度、风速、光照强度、CO_2浓度、粉尘浓度、氨气浓度和PM10)。【结果】在采取侧窗进风、纵向通风的通风模式下,冬季八层层叠式笼养蛋鸡舍内平均温度、相对湿度、风速和光照强度分别为19.11℃、52.02%、0.25 m/s和34.00 lx,空气中平均二氧化碳浓度、粉尘浓度、氨气浓度和PM_(10)分别是2083.22 mg/m^3、2.85 mg/m^3、1.04 mg/m^3和26.01μg/m^3。不同测定点之间环境质量存在差异,从湿帘端到风机端鸡舍温度、二氧化碳浓度、氨气浓度、粉尘浓度和PM_(10)浓度呈逐渐增大的趋势,上层测定点H_(3.80m)、H_(4.50m)和H_(5.10m)的温度、二氧化碳浓度和氨气浓度显著高于下层测定点H_(0.60m)、H_(1.30m)和H_(1.90m)。相关分析结果表明,风速与温度、二氧化碳浓度、氨气浓度、粉尘浓度呈极显著负相关,温度与氨气浓度呈显著正相关。【结论】冬季八层层叠式笼养鸡舍内不同位置环境质量参数存在差异,环境质量基本符合《畜禽场环境质量标准》(NY/T 388-1999)。[ Objective ] The environment quality parameters of enclosed layer house with eight overlap tiers cages in winter was measured and analyzed in order to provide preference for environment quality of layer production. [ Method] The environment quality parameters (tempera- ture, relative humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration, air velocity, dust coneentration, NH3 concentration and PMlo ) were measured by the intelligent monitoring system and dust sampler horizontally and vertically in an enclosed layer house with six overlap tiers cages, respec- tively. These data were collected during the period of 6:00 to 8:00, 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 20:00 every day in winter, respectively. [ Result] The average values of temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, light intensity, carbon dioxide concentration, dust concentra- tion, NH3 concentration, and PMlo in enclosed layer house with eight overlap tiers equipped with side window ventilation system in winter were 19.11 ℃ , 52.02 % , 0.25 m/s, 34.00 Ix, 2083.22 mg/m3 , 2.85 mg/m3 , 1.04 mg/m3 and 26.01 μg/m3 , respectively. The envi- ronmental quality parameters of different measuring points were different in the experimental layer house. The temperature, the concentration of CO2 , dust concentration, NH3 concentration, and PM10 became greater along with the distance from the damp curtain to fan side, respec- tively. The temperatures, carbon dioxide concentration, and NH3 eancentration of upper measuring points of H3.80 m, H4.50 m and I-[5.10 mwere significantly higher than that of thelower measuring points of H0.60m, Hi.30m and Hi.90m, respectively. Correlation analysis indicated that, there was extremely significantly posi- tive correlation between temperature and carbon dioxide concen- tration and oxygen content. The air velocity and temperature, CO2 concentration, NHs concentration, dust concentration was significantly negative correlated. The temperature showed ex- tremely significantly positive correlation with NH3 eoncentm-tion. [ Conclus
