摘　　要：介绍了日本首个发布"零废弃"宣言的城市上胜町的垃圾分类、垃圾回收及垃圾处理模式,并对其垃圾减量效果及资源化率进行了分析,提出了对我国农村地区垃圾处理的启示。We introduced the waste classification, collection and disposal mode in Kamikatsu, the first counW to issue amanifesto for zero waste in Japan, analyzed the waste reduction effect and reuse eflficiency, and put forward some suggestions forwaste disposal in the rural area of China.
