摘 要:我国每年危险废物产生量估计在8.0×10~7 t以上,危废处理存在管理和技术人员匮乏,监管不利,处置能力不足问题。60%以上的危废往往得不到妥善处置而污染环境,潜在危险性大。针对危废问题介绍了焚烧、固化/稳定化、安全卫生填埋3种处理工艺。并从资源化、减量化、稳定化和安全填埋4个方面分析和探讨了危废处理措施。The generation of hazardous waste in China is estimated more than 80 million tons each year. There are someproblems existing in hazardous waste treatment, such as a shortage of management and technical persons, weak regulatory, andinsufficient disposal ability. More than 60% of the waste are often not properly disposed of, so as to pollute the environment,have greater potential risk. According to the hazardous waste problem, we introduced three kinds of treatment technologies, in-cluding incineration, solidification/stabilization and sanitary landfill, analyzed and discussed the measures from the aspects of re-source, reduction, stabilization, and safe landfill.
