摘　　要：介绍了生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的诊断方法,分析了诊断的重点;并运用此方法对中山北部基地垃圾焚烧发电厂进行诊断,根据对各系统、设备的调查结果,提出了改造提升方案,并进行了综合评价和经济分析。we introduced the diagnosis method of waste incineration plant, analyzed the diagnosis key points, thenused the method to diagnose the waste incineration plant in the base of the northern part of Zhongshan. According to the surveyresult, we put forward the improvement plan, and made the comprehensive assessment and economic analysis.
