摘　　要：在对监测系统可靠性、完备性评价的基础上,提出监测系统评级原则,明确监测系统完备性、可靠性等评价要素的具体内容和标准,并在实际工程中进行应用。Based on the evaluation of reliability and completeness of monitoring system, the rating prin-ciple for the monitoring system is put forward. And the contents and standards of evaluation elements,such as completeness and reliability, are defined. The method has been applied in projects.
