摘 要:通过田间试验,研究了常规施肥管理和一次性施肥+全膜覆盖2种栽培模式对甘蔗土壤细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,2种栽培管理模式的蔗田土壤细菌均以变形菌门Proteobacteria丰度水平最高;根际土壤中变形菌门丰度水平增加,而绿弯菌门丰度水平降低,酸杆菌门和放线菌门则变化不大。一次性施肥+全膜覆盖栽培模式可以在一定程度上增强蔗田根际土壤根瘤菌属Rhizobium的丰度,更有利于甘蔗根系的固氮作用,同时降低与土传病相关的Ralstonia菌属丰度水平。上述研究结果可为从根际土壤筛选特异性菌株提供理论参考。A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the change of bacteria community structure in sugarcane field under two modes of the conventional fertilization and one-off fertilization with whole field plastic film covering. The results showed that the abundance of Proteobacteria was the highest compared with other phylums, and the abundance level of Proteobacteria increased in rhizosphere but Chloroflexi decreased, and no many changes for Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria.Application of the one-off fertilization with whole field plastic covering enhanced the abundance of rhizosphere Rhizobium genus in sugarcane fields, which was more positive to the nitrogen fixation of sugarcane roots, reduced the abundance level of Ralstonia species causing soil-borne diseases. The results could be useful to screen or isolate specific strains from the rhizosphere soil.
