摘 要:笔者以5年生冬青卫矛苗木为试材,设置搭棚保护和风障保护2个处理进行对比试验,分析了在越冬过程中冬青卫矛叶片内光合色素含量的变化规律。结果表明,2个处理冬青卫矛叶片中光合色素含量的变化趋势基本相同,叶绿素a含量随着温度下降而迅速降低,叶绿素b含量随着温度降低而升高,类胡萝卜素含量随着温度的降低呈缓慢升高趋势,2个处理间的差异未达到显著水平。笔者认为风障保护投资小、经济效益高,是更值得推广的保护手段。The changing regulations of photosynthetic pigment content in Euonymus japonicas during overwintering were an- alyzed by undertaking contrast test (greenhouse and wind shield protection 2 treatments) with 5-year-old seedlings of Euon- ymus japonicas as test materials. Results showed that the variation trend of photosynthetic pigment content in these 2 treat- ments was basically same. The content of chlorophyll a in the leaves of Euonyrnas japonicus decreased rapidly as the temper- ature dropped, the content of chlorophyll b increased as the temperature dropped, and the content of caroteoid increased slowly as the temperature dropped. Differences between these 2 treatments did not reach significant level. Wind shield pro- tection should be promoted because it needed less investment but had much more economical.
