摘 要:基于铅芯橡胶隔震支座力学性能,设计研发一种新型三维隔震装置,介绍三维隔震装置的构造、变形机理及竖向刚度理论计算公式。将该三维隔震支座用于某工程,基于有限元软件建立结构模型,根据结构特点设计三维隔震支座参数,分析原结构和隔震结构在3条地震波作用下竖向加速度、水平加速度、层间剪力和层间位移响应。结果表明,新型三维隔震支座具有良好的水平隔震性能和竖向隔震性能,均有较好的减振效果。A new three-dimension isolation set has introduced according to the mechanical behavior of lead rubber bearings. This paper also puts forward the character of deformation, mechanical behavior of the set and theoretical calculation formulas of vertical stiffness. Combined with an engineering project, this paper uses the finite element software to simulate structure and designs the parameter of three-dimension isolation set according to the structure characteristics. Then the structure responses of the original structure and the isolated structure under the action of the three seismic waves are analyzed. The results indicate that the new three- dimensional isolator shows superior horizontal isolation performance and vertical isolation performance.
