摘  要:烧结砖现行实验标准中要求样品为具有规则形状样品,一般要求为整砖或二分之一整砖。在砖石文物建筑修复中难以较完整和较大批量的获得形状规则实验样品。为充分利用残缺古砖,分别采用完整半块古砖和残缺古砖进行试验,测定了其在浸泡12 h,浸泡24 h和煮沸5 h条件下的表观体积,开口孔隙率和体积密度,并分析它们之间的关系。分析结果表明:通过残缺古砖测定的开口孔隙率可以作为古砖的开口孔隙率,通过残缺古砖测定的干体积密度可以作为古砖的干体积密度,并且浸泡12 h的测定值优于煮沸5 h的测定值。According to the requirement of the experimental standards of sintered brick, the samples usually should be the intact brick or half one. In the masonry monument restoration, it is very hard to gain enough ancient brick samples, which are irregular shaped frequently. To make full use of irregular-shaped samples, the experiment is conducted with half brick and irregular-shaped samples. Under the condition of soaking for 12 hours and 24 hours and boiling for 5 hours, volume, porosity and bulk density are measured. Then the relationship between the parameters measured is analyzed. The results show that porosity measured by irregular- shaped samples can be used as that of ancient brick samples. Dry bulk density measured by irregular-shaped samples can be used as that of the ancient brick samples. Dry bulk density measured under the condition of soaking for 12 hours is better than that measured under the condition of boiling for 5 hours.
