摘 要:填充层强度是引起隧道整体道床病害的原因之一,首先分析了填充层在列车动荷载作用下的响应计算理论,然后结合小棕溪隧道采用有限元软件建立了分析模型,分别计算了注浆法加固填充层前后,即两种不同填充层强度时的应变,结果显示注浆加固后的最大应变约为注浆前的十分之一,填充层强度较大时可以改善隧道整体道床的受力状况。同时通过现场实测结果验证了注浆法加固填充层处理整体道床病害的效果,说明采用注浆法增加填充层强度是处理隧道整体道床病害的一种有效方法,为类似隧道病害处理提供了参考。The filling layer is one of the causes of tunnel integration ballast disease. The paper firstly analyzed calculation theory of filling layer response under the train dynamic load, then analysis model was established by finite element software combining with Xiaozongxi tunnel. The strain of two kinds of different filling layer strength were calculated respectively. Results showed that the maximum strain of grouting was about one over ten of the grouting before. The stress state of the tunnel monolithic roadbed can be improved when filling layer strength is larger. The effect of grouting method on the tunnel integration ballast disease was verified by the measured results. It is shown that grouting method which increases filling layer strength is an effective method for the disease, and it provides a reference for the similar tunnel diseases.
