摘　　要：目的了解广州市天河区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群艾滋病病毒感染情况及影响因素,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对天河区VCT门诊2012-2014年的求询者进行问卷调查,采用单因素χ2检验和Logistic回归对数据进行统计分析。结果 3 226名求询者中,男女性别比例为1.41∶1.00,平均年龄为(32.01±13.00)岁。求询原因以商业异性性行为史(占39.49%)、非商业非固定异性性行为史(占22.38%)、男男性行为史(占18.07%)为主;HIV抗体阳性率为3.04%;男性、离异或丧偶、求询原因为注射毒品、配偶/固定性伴阳性、男男性行为等为HIV感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论天河区VCT人群HIV感染率较高,而高危性行为是HIV感染的主要的危险因素,应进一步加强经性途径传播艾滋病的防控工作。Objective To understand infection situation and influencing factors of human immunodeficiency（HIV）among voluntary counselling and testing（VCT）counselees in Tianhe District,and provide scientific evidence for the formulation of AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods Aquestionnaire was performed among counselees attending VCT clinic of Tianhe district from 2012 to 2014. Information about social demographic characteristics and risk behaviors was collected. Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used. Results Of the 3 226 respondents,the ratio of male to female was 1.41∶1.00,and the mean of age was（32.01±13.00）years old. The main reasons for consultation were with commercial sex behaviors（39.49%）,non-commercial and non-fixed heterosexual behaviors（22.38%）,and Same-sex behaviors（18.07%）. The positive rate of HIV antibody test was 3.04%. People who were male,divorced or widowed,injecting drug user,MSM and person whose spouses or fixed sexual partners with HIV positive result were the high risk factors. Conclusions The prevalence of HIV infection was high among VCT attendants in Tianhe district. Unprotect sexual behavior was the main high-risk behavior. It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of HIV sexual transmission.
