摘　　要：我国金融衍生市场在不断发展的过程中逐步推出了以沪深300股指期货和国债期货为主要代表的众多高级金融衍生工具,而我国金融衍生市场在最近几年也得到了飞速发展,成交量逐年上升,融资金额屡创新高。但是,在看到衍生工具市场为我国金融市场所带来的有利条件的同时,衍生工具的交易可能带来的风险也不容小觑。China＇s financial derivative market, in the process of constant development, has marketed many high-level financial derivative instruments with the Shanghai＆Shenzhen 300 stock index futures and treasury bond futures as the representatives. China＇s financial derivative market has got rapid development in recent years, the trading volume has increased year by year and the financing amount has repeatedly set new all-time highs, however, at the time of seeing the advantages brought by derivative instruments market to China ＇s financial market, the risk may brought by the trading of derivative instruments cannot be ignored.
