摘 要:陶瓷泡沫材料的三维立体网络骨架结构,使其具有低密度、低热导率、高比表面积等优良特性,在轻结构、能量吸收和热能管理方面均有应用。首先介绍几种常用的陶瓷泡沫材料制备工艺技术,并分析各制备工艺的优缺点。随后,列举陶瓷泡沫材料在工业中的典型应用。最后,指出当前陶瓷泡沫材料应用急需解决的科学问题。Ceramic foams with threc-dimensional network structure exhibit superior properties, such as low density, low thermal conductivity and high surface area. They have numerous applications, including in light structure, energy ab- sorption and thermal energy management. This paper first introduces several fabrication techniques for the ceramic foams and analyses merits and drawbacks of each technique. Then, some typical applications of ceramic foams are listed. Final- ly, critical scientific issues which are urgently required to solve are given.
