摘  要:芬太尼是一种人工合成的强效麻醉性镇痛药,为μ受体激动剂,通过CYP3A4酶进行代谢。芬太尼类药物是目前临床上最常使用的镇痛药。研究芬太尼的体内分析方法及药动学,了解不同给药方式下其血药浓度的变化规律,对于制定该类药物的临床用药方案具有重要意义;研究芬太尼及其体内代谢产物的分析检测方法,对于特殊环境下该类药物的快速检测亦具有重要意义。本综述总结整理了芬太尼在人体内的分析及药动学研究进展,为开展芬太尼及其代谢产物的相关研究提供基础。Fentanyl,aμ-opioid agonist,is a powerful synthetic narcotic analgesic metabolized by CYP3A4.Fentanyl is the most commonly used analgesic clinically.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to study biopharmaceutical analysis and pharmacokinetics,to understand the change patterns of serum drug concentrations with different medication modes,and to develop clinical medication schemes of such drugs.And study on the analysis and detection methods of fentanyl metabolites in humans is also of great importance for quick detection of such drugs under special conditions.Biopharmaceutical analysis and pharmacokinetic research progress were reviewed in the paper,which could provide basis for related research concerning fentanyl and its metabolites in humans.
