临床药师参与特殊使用级抗菌药物使用的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:提倡抗感染临床药师参与会诊,以促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:临床药师参与全院会诊,通过对感染性疾病的临床表现、诊断要点和实验室检查结果进行分析,参与制定个性化的特殊使用级抗菌药物治疗方案。结果和结论:临床药师应用自己的专业知识提供药学技术服务,为临床解决实际问题,得到了临床科室的认可。合理用药必须有临床药师参与;临床药师必须加强回访工作,及时评估用药疗效;临床药师需要不断加强学习,培养临床思维能力,提高临床用药综合分析能力。Objective：To encourage active involvement of clinical pharmacists in medical consultations concerning the application of special use level of antibacterials,so as to promote rational application of antibacterials.Methods：Through analysis of clinical manifestations of infectious diseases,diagnosis and laboratory tests,clinical pharmacists could be actively involved in the development of individualized treatment regimen in the application of special use level of antibacterials.Results and Conclusion：By using professional knowledge,clinical pharmacists helped to solve the problems encountered in clinical medicine through pharmaceutical care service,which was universally recognized by clinicians.Rational use of drugs called for active involvement of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice,and efforts should be made on the part of clinical pharmacists in medical follow-ups,so that drug efficacy could be timely evaluated.On the other hand,clinical pharmacists should further intensify their study to improve competency and comprehensive capability in clinical pharmaceutical care.
