鼻内窥镜技术在鼻科手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜技术在鼻科手术中的应用效果及应用价值。方法:选取在笔者所在医院鼻科接受手术治疗的患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例;给予观察组患者鼻内窥镜技术治疗,就治疗效果、不良反应和术中出血量的多少对两组患者进行比较分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(82.50%)明显高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从不良反应发生情况看,两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:在鼻科手术中,鼻内窥镜的应用价值高,可充分暴露手术视野,具有安全、直观、微创和并发症少等优点,值得在鼻科手术治疗中推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of nasal endoscopy in nasal surgery and its application value.Method： 80 cases with nasal surgery treated at the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.The patients were treated with nasal endoscopy, and the treatment effect, adverse reaction and the amount of bleeding in the two groups of patients were compared.Result： The total effective rate（82.50%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.50%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.From the occurrence of adverse reactions, the two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion： In the operation of nasal surgery, the application of nasal endoscope is of high value, and it can be widely exposed to surgical field.It has the advantages of safety, intuition, minimally invasive and less complication.h is worthy of popularization and application in nasal surgery.
