摘　　要：押设计优化了一种直锥形双螺旋中药提取罐,在传统直锥型提取罐内增设双螺旋搅拌桨,搅拌桨类似于钻头形,围绕提取罐筒身转动的同时能够自转,有效实现罐内动态提取,改善了传统提取罐排渣难,提取效率不高等问题。采用优化后的提取罐提取山茱萸环烯醚萜总苷,较大的提高了提取率,取得了良好的社会效益、经济效益。A novel type of straight conical double helix extraction tank wes designed. Compared with the traditional extraction pot, the bit-like double helix stirring paddle was added to achieve both rotations around the barrel and autorotation. This novel extraction tank not only realizes dynamic extraction effectively, but also improves the problem of slag and low extraction effficiency.The use of the optimized extractor to extract dogwood total iridoid glycosides can greatly improve the extraction yield. Thus, the designed straight conical double helix extraction tank will achieve good social and economic benefits.
